Our goal is to make the Harvest Classic the best rally of its type in Texas. To ensure the success of the rally, we are promoting it through traditional advertising, as well as enthusiastic grassroots promotion. As a rally sponsor, your company's support for the fight against childhood cancer will be recognized by motorcycle enthusiasts and their families in Texas, and around the world.
The rally's website is being cross-listed heavily, and the rally is being promoted on 10 international moto-enthusiast and cancer support e-mail lists.
We are proud to say that the Austin Chronicle and Ride Texas Magazine have contributed advertising services in excess of $3,500 to promote the event in Central Texas. This guarantees a huge amount of exposure for the event and recognition of your support. Additionally, the rally will be listed in the 'Event Calendar' section of more than 5 motorcycle magazines.
Flyers for the rally will be distributed at several major Texas rallies, in motorcycle shops in towns throughout the state, and wherever motorcyclists congregate. In addition, the members of over 15 euromoto enthusiast clubs are invited.
